I heard that Fox's is closing! Is that true? Yes, we are closing our doors for good this Saturday, April 27.

Will you have a sale before you close? "The Final Leap: A Celebration Sale" is sold out, thank you! 

Are you still open? We are open from 10am to 5pm until this Saturday, April 27.

Can I return something that I purchased at the sale? Everything is FINAL SALE.

Can I special order something? We are no longer accepting special orders. 

Can I bring in jewelry to be repaired? We are no longer accepting repairs. 

Can I bring in a watch to be repaired? If you have a Nomos watch in need of repair, please contact Nomos directly at nomos-glashuette.com/en. For all other watches, we recommend Nesbit's Fine Watch Service at nesbitswatchservice.com.

What if I need something repaired after you close? If the jewelry is from one of our designers, please reach out to that designer directly. For antique jewelry repairs, we recommend Isadora's. For other repairs, we always recommend looking for a store affiliated with the American Gem Society.

Can I get an appraisal? We are not able to provide appraisals at this time. We recommend Larry Azose of Gemological Consulting Services at gemcsi.com. You can also search for appraisers near you affiliated with the American Gem Society

Where is Fox's located? We are located at 4th and University in Downtown Seattle, at the base of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
