I heard that Fox's is closing! Is that true? Yes, we will be closing our doors for good on April 27.

Will you have a sale before you close? Yes, "The Final Leap: A Celebration Sale" will begin in-person only on February 29 at 10am. 

When will the sale be online? The sale will extend to our website on March 5. 

Can I purchase something over the phone or text? We will be answering calls and texts as time allows. In-person shoppers will be prioritized. You can text or call us at 206-623-2528. 

Will everything be on sale? Yes, everything we have in stock will be 20-70% off. The discounts will increase as we get closer to our final closing date. 

Will watches be on sale too? Yes, Nomos watches will be included in the sale. Nomos is the only watch brand we carry. Once the sale begins we will not be ordering straps or adjusting bracelets.

Is the item I want still available? We will update our website at the end of each business day during the in-person portion of the sale. Once the sale goes online on March 5th, our website will be updated more frequently. 

Will you have special hours? We will be closed February 27 and 28 to get ready for the sale. Other than that, our hours will be the usual Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Do I need to make an appointment? We are no longer taking appointments. Please just stop by!

Can I return something that I purchase at the sale? Everything will be FINAL SALE.

Can I have a sale ring sized for me? Please note that not every ring can be sized, and some rings have sizing limitations. Eternity bands cannot be sized. If a ring can be sized before we close, pricing will begin at $250. 

Can I special order something? Special orders will be accepted on a case-by-case basis until February 24th. 

Can I bring in jewelry to be repaired? We will be accepting repairs on a case-by-case basis until February 24th. 

Can I bring in a watch to be repaired? If you have a Nomos watch in need of repair, please contact Nomos directly at nomos-glashuette.com/en. For all other watches, we recommend Nesbit's Fine Watch Service at nesbitswatchservice.com.

What if I need something repaired after you close? If the jewelry is from one of our designers, please reach out to that designer directly. For antique jewelry, we recommend Isadora's. For other repairs, we always recommend looking for a store affiliated with the American Gem Society.

Can I get an appraisal? We are not able to provide appraisals at this time. We recommend Larry Azose of Gemological Consulting Services at gemcsi.com.

Where is Fox's located? We are located at 4th and University in Downtown Seattle, at the base of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
