New Summer Jewelry part 2
Sethi Couture gold and silver eternity band rings. The image shows options in yellow gold, rose gold, silver

Happy August! We hope you are having a wonderful summer so far. We are here Tuesday - Thursday from 10am to 4pm, and Friday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm with lots of beautiful new jewelry from Ray GriffithsSingle StoneSethi Couture and more. You can stop by, make an appointmentshop online, or text us at 206.623.2528.

Ray Griffiths Crownwork Beads and Aquamarine Necklace. Beaded necklace featuring graduated aquamarine nuggets and two 18K yellow gold crownwork olive beads. Necklace measures 20.25" in length.

August babies have three birthstones to choose from: peridot, sardonyx, and spinel. Spinel is an incredibly beautiful gemstone which has spent most of its history being confused for ruby. Some of the most famous rubies in the world, including the Black Prince's Ruby in the crown jewels of England (shown here on Queen Victoria at her coronation), have actually turned out to be spinels.

We are thrilled to finally have the new Nomos Club Sport Neomatik in Polar back in stock - this watch dropped back in December and was sold the same day. We've been waiting for another one ever since. If there is a particular Nomos you are looking for, let us know! We also keep a waitlist for backordered models.

Save the date! Erica Molinari will be here next month for a personal appearance and trunk show, September 8-9. Don't miss the chance to meet her and see her entire collection. Erica loves to learn new jewelry techniques and always has something special up her sleeve, like her one-of-a-kind hand-painted enamel charms!

A Rainbow of June Jewels
gold and diamonds rings on a white background

We just returned from our annual jewelry buying trip to Las Vegas! All four of us, plus Joy and Chai went this year and had a great time. We now have beautiful new pieces arriving every day! We are open Tuesday - Thursday from 10am to 4pm, Friday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Make an appointment or just stop by! You can also text us at 206.623.2528.

June is Pride Month! We are celebrating by donating a portion of every Sethi Couture rainbow sapphire band to the Trevor Project. The mission of the Trevor Project is to end suicide among LGBTQ youth. Sethi Couture's playful bands feature pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple sapphires set in 18k rose gold or 18k yellow gold.

All of the one-of-a-kind Alex Sepkus pieces from our Vegas order just arrived! We always schedule Sepkus for our first appointment of the show for the best selection. This year we went color crazy with tourmalines in every color of the rainbow, rubellite, turquoise, opals, citrines, druzy quartz, and Mahenge garnet. These pieces are not online yet, call or text for more details!

Are you celebrating a dad or grad this month? Watches by Nomos Glashutte are a great gift for dads and grads! Every year, the Club Campus is introduced in new colors just in time for graduation season. This year's electric green color so perfect for summer! We just received a 36mm with exhibition back today. This size is perfect on any wrist.

June is pearl month! We love these natural baroque pearl earrings from Ray Griffiths. Pearls are a timeless classic, perfect for celebrating a graduation, wedding, or professional accomplishment. They are also the traditional birthstone for June! Pearls have been treasured since ancient times, and never go out of style. As Jackie Kennedy once said, "Pearls are always appropriate.'"

Lucky June babies actually have three birthstones: pearl, alexandrite, and moonstone. Alexandrite is an extremely rare variety of chrysoberyl that changes color in different lighting conditions. Moonstone is a mystical gem that glows like its namesake. We love the moonstone gem tab by Lauren Newton. It pairs perfectly with our other charms!

Summer 2022 Jewelry Drop!

Summer 2022 Jewelry Drop!

Happy July! Summer is a great time to be in Seattle. Pike Place Market is bursting with flowers, the Fairmont's gorgeous new restaurant The George is open, and we are here Tuesday through Saturday with beautiful jewelry! You can make an appointment to see us in person, shop online, or text us at our main number (206.623.2528).

Join us for our Samantha Louise Trunk Show on July 29th - 30th! Samantha will be making a personal appearance on both days to show off her entire collection, including these unique and completely customizable bands in her signature satin-finish gold. We love her ear cuffs, bracelets, necklaces, stacking bands, and engagement rings too!

Yellow gold and emerald rings and turquoise ring

July babies have one of our favorite birthstones - the incredibly juicy ruby! Rubies symbolize love, energy, passion, and a zest for life. Along with sapphires, they score a 9 out of 10 on the Moh's scale of hardness, making them a wonderful gemstone to use for an engagement ring or wedding band. Rubies are also the traditional gift for a 40th wedding anniversary.

Zoey and Justine are back from their buying trip to Las Vegas, and new one-of-a-kind jewelry is already starting to roll in! Our first stop is always Alex Sepkus so we get first pick. We fell in love with this faceted Tahitian pearl and diamond necklace. It's not too early to shop for the holidays, because when these pieces are gone they're gone!

One of the most fun things we bought in Las Vegas was a collection of rainbow sapphire stacking rings from Sethi Couture. We bought the whole set of nine different styles, and they are already here! Shop in-store or online. We will be donating 5% of the proceeds of each sale to the Trevor Project.

We also brought back some spectacular new pieces from Single Stone! We are especially excited about the Evren long 18k gold chain with a charm holder at the end. We got the Ophelia moon charm with antique old mine and old European cut diamonds, and the Kinsley pave diamond star pendant.

We had such a hard time deciding what to get from Arman Sarkisyan. His jewelry always makes us swoon! We bought lovely hand-engraved lockets with sapphires, tourmaline, and opal. He generously sent us even more jewelry for our cases, including our favorite bracelet that he has ever made! Text or email for photos, or just stop by.

Pearls are a timeless classic, perfect for celebrating a graduation, wedding, or professional accomplishment. They are also the traditional birthstone for June! Pearls have been treasured since ancient times, and never go out of style. We love how Alex Sepkus puts a unique and unexpected spin on them with gorgeous interchangeable clasps.

Lucky June babies actually have three birthstones: pearl, alexandrite, and moonstone. Alexandrite is a rare color-change gemstone. We have a beautiful one-of-a-kind Candy ring from Alex Sepkus featuring alexandrite and sapphire. Moonstone is a mystical gem that glows like its namesake. We love the moonstone gem tab by Lauren Newton.

Watches are a great gift for all of June's special occasions. We have a great selection of Nomos Glashutte watches right now, which is quite a feat with almost all of their watches on a 6-10 month backorder. The new Club Campus in Deep Pink very nearly ended up on Zoey's wrist instead of in the case!

If you are looking for an anniversary or wedding gift, Single Stone never fails to please with classic essentials like stud earrings, pendants, and bracelets. They are best known for their beautiful and sustainable antique and vintage diamonds in handmade gold settings. We love them for engagement rings and wedding set updates too!

Vegas Day 3

Day 3 in Las Vegas starts out with a glowing golden circle in the sky, and glowing golden circles at Gurhan in the form of these stunning 24k gold hammered disc earrings.

Photo of necklaces and earrings from Gurhan display case

Gurhan is best known for his mastery of pure 24k gold, but several years back, he started mixing in sterling silver, and the result was incredibly fun and versatile. Below, Zoey stacks a Gurhan bracelet made of sterling silver, 24k gold, druzy quartz, and onyx with her platinum link Alex Sepkus bracelet.

Gurhan also does stunning work with gemstones, particularly opals. This incredible necklace of opal, kyanite, blue topaz, and moss aqua set in 24k gold came home to Seattle with us!

The next stop is at Harry Kotlar, another 3rd generation family-owned business like Fox's. Kotlar is best known for their signature - and incredibly beautiful - Kotlar cushion diamond, but this lovely oval really caught our eye.

Kotlar is also known for their artisan pave and meticulous craftsmanship. So many engagement rings to choose from!

We can't resist snapping a few pictures to remember these classic pendants by when we are back home.

Our last appointment of the day is with our friend Ray Griffiths. We had the pleasure of having Ray at our store a few months ago, and he is such a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. He couldn't resist getting silly with Zoey's baby bump!

We couldn't resist this row of beautiful blues! Aren't the tassels fun?

We love all of Ray's work, but turquoise mixed with his signature 18k yellow gold crownwork is such an eye-catching combination.

The last event of the day is the Couture awards, to honor the pieces of jewelry from the show that are particularly noteworthy in design and workmanship.

We head home early to compare notes and rest up for our last day at the show.

Vegas Day 2

Rise and shine! It's Day 2 of the Couture show in Las Vegas. Day 2 is always much harder to wake up for than Day 1, because our feet always hurt from the day before! Chai likes to start his day with a dip in the Wynn Hotel's beautiful pool.

Our first appointment of the day is with Mark Patterson. Mark's engagement rings and bands are the epitome of classic, timeless bridal jewelry. We have been carrying his jewelry for over 20 years, and it just doesn't go out of style.

Mark's signature is that all of his engagement rings are made so that the wedding band fits perfectly flush with the engagement ring. Zoey loves his channel-set baguette setting so much that she chose it for her engagement ring!

Our second stop of the day is at Kwiat. We feel a kinship with Kwiat because they are a third generation family owned business, just like us. Kwiat is also known for their stunning ideal cut diamonds. Their jewelry is all handmade in New York City, and their signature is simple, elegant designs that make the diamonds appear to be floating.

Kwiat always has extremely special and rare diamonds to show us, and this year we got to see this natural fancy intense purple-pink diamond!

Our last stop of the day is at Arman Sarkisyan. Arman and his wife, Louiza, are both artists in their own right, and their booth is always decorated beautifully.

This year, there were gorgeous canvases painted by Louiza, still lifes of jewelry in domed apothecary jars, and vases of lush peonies.

We first discovered Arman at Couture four years ago and still swoon over his whimsical, intricate jewelry in 22k gold and oxidized silver. This year, our favorite piece was this lovely bird ring.

That evening, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Mizumi, one of the restaurants at the Wynn Hotel. Mizumi specializes in award-winning Japanese cuisine and looks out over private Japanese gardens, a koi pond, and a 90-foot waterfall.
